Amb l\u2019objectiu evident de reduir el consum, lluitar contra el canvi clim\u00e0tic i no menys important, millorar la salut i la qualitat de vida de les persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es vol generalitzar el concepte d\u2019edificis de consum quasi nul o molt proper a zero. Construccions que necessiten molt poca energia i aquesta \u00e9s d\u2019origen renovable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>El potencial de la rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019antiguitat de la majoria dels edificis \u201cenerg\u00edvors\u201d d\u2019avui dia \u00e9s anterior als anys 80.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma de construir, viure i rehabilitar els nostres habitatges, te una relaci\u00f3 directa amb la salut del nostre planeta. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 sobre la nostra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els esfor\u00e7os en la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del parc immobiliari existent s\u2019han de centrar principalment en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Reducci\u00f3 de la demanda energ\u00e8tica. Actuaci\u00f3 sobre la pell dels edificis (sistemes passius<sup><a href=\"#nota-1\" class=\"ek-link\">1<\/a><\/sup>)<\/li><li>Reducci\u00f3 del consum d\u2019energia.
